Hi, guy, Thank you for your instances, but I am writing this message because some things don't seem to be working well. I recently uploaded two videos and for some people (2 or 3 out of 25) they can't play both videos. they received the following error message "Sorry, but this video is not available because the remote instance is not responding. Please try again later." Video : https://video.valme.io/videos/watch/a1fefbd9-e9b9-4a19-ab62-0f117eddf74e and : https://video.valme.io/videos/watch/32b293ce-023f-4b26-800a-9034aca7837a Even if they try later on different devices or internet connection (laptop, phone, home wifi, corporate wifi, ...) Both links work for me using different browsers and IP addresses. Also, I'm not seeing any problems in the logs regarding server issues. Is it possible that some people might be clicking on an improperly formed link (such as missing one or more characters at the end)? You might want to verify that the link they are clicking on is the proper link.
Thanks for sending support a picture of the error. That helped troubleshooting. It appears the error might be caused by an open issue on Version 0.63.9 Chromium: 73.0.3683.75 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) (see also here). Until the bug is fixed, anyone having an issue can try the following workaround:
